our Telia One transformation continues with the merger of Telia Inmics-Nebula Oy’s business operations and those of Telia Finland Oyj and Telia Cygate Oy by the end of the year.
The merging of Telia Inmics-Nebula Oy’s business operations will take place in two phases. The first phase will take place on 1 October 2023 with the transfer of some services and service agreements to Telia Finland Oyj. Customers have already been notified of the transfer of these services. The second phase, in which the services and service agreements listed below are transferred to Telia Cygate Oy, will take place on 31 October 2023. With the merger, Telia Inmics-Nebula Oy’s business ID will be stricken from the register and the company will be closed down on 31 October 2023.
Your service agreement for the services listed above will also be transferred to Telia Cygate Oy, which will be responsible for fulfilling it going forward. Our payment and invoicing information will also change at that time. As of 1 November 2023, services will be billed for by Telia Cygate Oy and, as a result, the payee’s account number will change. The appearance of invoices and the sender information of invoices delivered by email may also change. Please note that invoices must always be paid using the payment information provided in them.
